Entertainment Duo Brian Massa and Meryl Yecies To Perform at Jazz at The Shops on March 7 Rendering Soulful and Acoustic Melodies at The Shops at Wailea

Wailea, Maui, Hawaii – (February 21, 2018) Jazz at The Shops welcomes the beloved entertainment duo Brian Massa and Meryl Yecies for a delightful evening of island-flavored and soulful acoustic music on Wednesday, March 7, 2018.

Their unique sound, combining Brian’s freestyle guitar beats with their perfectly blended vocals, brings a wide variety of favorite tunes that captivates a wide-ranging audience. From classics of Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra, Jack Johnson and Al Green, to fresh takes on John Mayer’s hits, popular rock songs and local Hawaiian tunes, this pair’s repertoire is engaging and invigorating. This lovely couple renders music from the soul and adds their signature style, whether using mellow finger-style guitar playing, or adding reggae choppin’ and beat-slappin’ rhythms.

Originally from New Jersey, Brian and Meryl moved to Maui two years ago and have been entertaining audiences all over the island ever since. Their love for each other and for music clearly translates through their performances with a musical chemistry that warms the heart, creating the perfect recipe for a memorable night out.

Brian and Meryl will perform from 5:30 – 7 p.m. on the upper level near lululemon.

In a continued effort to give back to the community, The Shops at Wailea supports a different Maui nonprofit each month with sixty percent of the special event parking fees going back to the non-profit. The Shops’ goal is to enrich the community through exploration and discovery in the arts and music while supporting local businesses and non-profit partners. The four-hour special event parking voucher is available for $5 and can be purchased at the non-profit’s parking table.
