The Hawaiian concert event will benefit Maui Humane Society

Wailea, Maui, Hawaii(March. 22, 2023) – OnFriday, March 31, from5:30-7pm, Maui’s premier shopping and dining destinationThe Shops at Waileawill host their monthly concert series,Ke Kani Hone O Wailea,headlinedbyHawaii’squeenof soul, multiNā Hōkū Hanohano award-winner,Paula Fuga (@pfunklove). At the concert, local ohana and visiting patrons will have the opportunity to interact withMaui Humane Society,make a donation and even adopt a pet.
 

Acclaimed for her originality in song composition and soulful vocals, Fuga is one of Hawaii's top female artists. With a fanbase that expands worldwide and a successful music career, Fuga is dedicated to inspiring positive social change through her music. Fuga’s accomplishments include winning Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards for ‘Female Vocalist of the Year’ and ‘Album of the Year,’ following the release of her
second full-length albumRain on Sundaythrough Brushfire Records.
 

Maui Humane Society is a family-friendly nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and saving the lives of local pets, educating the community and inspiring respect and compassion towards all animals. Through innovative services, Maui Humane Society’s efforts enhance the quality of life for the island’s animals,
expanding the availability of enriching animal welfare programs. A few of the charity’s commitments include adoption, transfer into adoption-guaranteed care, as well as reuniting lost pets with their ohana.
