The restaurant is the newest addition to Destination Hospitality Group's Aurum Food & Wine collection – and the renowned brand's first location outside Colorado – led by CEO and Founder Phillips Armstrong, Chef Partner Taylor Ponte, and General Manager Partner Natasha Ponte. Guests can expect an elegantly casual atmosphere featuring "gold standard" dishes, from artfully prepared entrées and inventive appetizers, to decadent desserts and handcrafted beverages. With a deep commitment to sustainability, the restaurant partners with local purveyors such as Hua Momona Farms and Kona Kanpachi, prioritizing fresh produce, sustainable seafood, and whole-animal utilization.
