At our cafes you will find expertly trained baristas who are passionate about brewing great coffee with Aloha. We carefully hand-roast our finest Kona Coffee in small batches, no automated controls, just sight, sound and smell, in the artisan style of the great old-world coffee roasters. You'll taste our dedication for high quality coffee brewed into each cup. Since 1992, we have been roasting, brewing, and selling the best specialty coffee in the world. Our quality starts by working only with farmers who dedicate their lives to cultivating the finest Kona coffee. Our Farm to Cup philosophy starts with growing coffee on our 75 acre farm in Kona, located on the beautiful slopes of the Mauna Loa volcano, on the Big Island of Hawaii. Coffee is not the end of the Honolulu Coffee experience, however, as we work with local bakers in Maui to create made from scratch pastries, cookies, and our signature banana bread daily. Looking for something lighter we offer great acai bowls, oat cakes and yogurt parfaits.
