Aurum Maui offers a refined dining experience that seamlessly blends New American cuisine with Hawaii's freshest, locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant is the newest addition to Destination Hospitality Group – and the renowned brand's first location outside Colorado – led by CEO and Founder Phillips Armstrong, Chef Partner Taylor Ponte, and General Manager Partner Natasha Ponte. Guests can experience an upscale casual atmosphere featuring "gold standard" dishes, from artfully prepared entrées and inventive appetizers, to decadent desserts and handcrafted beverages. The restaurant includes both indoor and lanai dining, perfect for any occasion as well as features a signature dry-aging room on-site and two wine rooms. In addition to their delicious steak, they boast a menu full of fresh seafood and an award-winning wine list. An intimate dining room that can accommodate up to 14 guests for private banquets and events is also available. Lunch menu available 11am - 3pm.
